As a senior engineering manager at a leading semiconductor firm in greater Boston, he brings a wealth of expertise to his professional role.

Remarkably, Sri PVR Narasimha Rao is not only a highly skilled engineer but also holds “Sanskrita Bhasha Kovida” and “Sanskrita Bhasha Visharada” diplomas, equivalent to a BA degree in Sanskrit, achieved at the age of 11. Additionally, he earned a “Rashtrabhasha Praveena” diploma, equivalent to a BA degree in Hindi, at the age of 12. This early academic excellence showcases his intellectual prowess.

Despite his scientific background, Sri PVR Narasimha Rao seamlessly integrates his deep knowledge of Sanskrit with a scientific temper, conducting groundbreaking research into the teachings of the ancient rishis. As a Vedantin philosopher, he places emphasis on internal transformation but recognizes the value of external rituals in facilitating internal transformation and particularly the efficacy of Fire. His unique approach combines the traditional homa (fire ritual), pitri tarpana (oblations to ancestors), and Satya Narayana vratam, making these rituals accessible for spiritual seekers.

Passionate about spiritual progress, Sri PVR Narasimha Rao shares his expertise by teaching Fire Yoga, a religion-agnostic method to worship God through fire. His commitment to enabling others to conduct these rituals independently reflects his dedication to spiritual empowerment.

Since 1993, Sri PVR Narasimha Rao has been actively involved in Vedic astrology, learning the intricacies from his father, the esteemed astrologer Sri Pingali Venkata Subrahmanyachalapathi Rao. Despite initial skepticism, he delved into the subject, studying classic and modern works. Apart from Dr. B.V. Raman’s books, guidance from Pt Sanjay Rath further fueled his progress.

A prolific writer, Sri PVR Narasimha Rao has authored a textbook and number of articles in prestigious publications such as the "Astrological Magazine of India," "Jyotish Digest," "Express StarTeller," and "Modern Astrology" magazines. His dedication extends to teaching free weekly Jyotish classes near Boston, reflecting his commitment to knowledge dissemination. Additionally, he has made significant contributions to the field by developing astrology software called "Jagannatha Hora," providing it free of cost for the benefit of astrologers worldwide.

While constantly engaged in ongoing research to understand the profound words of the rishis, Sri PVR Narasimha Rao remains humble, sharing his wealth of knowledge with those eager to learn and grow on their spiritual and astrological journeys.
